WOYWDW

Good morning.  I am a bit late with this post today my computer was having a 'go slow' day and did not want to cooperate with me!   So here is my desk today.  It is quite a bit of a mess too.  I have been scrapbooking away and have gone from one LO to the next with out tidying up in between - anyone else do this?  The alphabets are from  LO I did last night.  The pink basket on the right holds my tools I use all of the time.  I moved the shelf this weekend from it being on the right to now in front of me and it works a lot better.   The pile on the left is stuff to put away.

The desk will be cleared tomorrow for the start of a new (huge) project I am going to be working on.  Check the blog over the weekend to see what I am doing.

I think my space is set up how I want it now.  I have moved a few bits around to work better.  It's hard when you move in to a new space and have to put everything away, you don't know how it will work until you start crafting.

So then who is going to the WOYWDW crop?  I didn't think I would be able to go as it is the Ludgershall crop the weekend after.  I spoke to DH last night and he was all up for me going to both (I think he enjoys the peace and if I'm not here I won't be nagging at him to do DIY!!).  I am looking forward to meeting some of you.

So anyway if you have come across this post and you don't know what WOYWDW is and want to know why I have shared a random picture of a messy desk have a look at Julia's blog to see what it's all about.  I might be late commenting today as I have a hair and beauty fashion show at college tonight so I have a lot to do - oh and Julia is coming round for a brew and a catch up too.

Thank you for looking

Laura xx

  10. saw you on the Prudent Homemaker blog and you can do no better that follow Brandys advice. Re your house, have found over my many years that it is vital to get your abode weather tight on the outside first. Not much point in having a squillion quid kitchen and bathroom only to have it ruined by rain howling through the windows and doors - get the drift? Anything I can do to help you on your way, just holler. Anona

  11. I would LOVE to go to the crop but as I'm in Holland, it's a bit pricy/difficult... (but I'm in on the ATC celebration!) Have fun at both events! Happy ~ belated ~ woyww and a hug from Holland. Marit #109

  15. Oh, I always have to "work" in a new space until I figure out how things feel...it's a zen kinda thing, lol OK, I am asking my WOYWW folks to rally behind me and I truly need your support. I am in a contest and the voting ends today so it's now or never.
